15 Day Return Policy:
Sexy Fox Clothing values your satisfaction. If you are not happy with your purchase, simply request a return authorization via email. We will then email you back with instructions on how to ship the item back to us. A refund will be issued less shipping fees. Returned items must be in their original condition and original packaging with tags (NO EXCEPTIONS).
For your safety and the safety of others, Sexy Fox Clothing strictly complies with all Health code Regulations. Therefore, we reserve the right to refuse returns on items that have been worn, soiled, laundered or altered in any way. We also reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who, in our opinion, makes excessive returns and exchanges.
We strongly recommend that you insure your return package, as we cannot be held responsible for lost packages or damage merchandise. All refunds are issued in the original form of payment. Refunds are issued within 10 days of receipt of the original merchandise. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you once the refund is processed. Please allow sufficient time for the credit to appear on your account statement. Once again, shipping charges are non-refundable
Exchanges:
Shipping charges are not refundable and you are responsible for shipping fees on returns. Should you choose to exchange an item, Sexy Fox Clothing will ship the new item for free (USA Orders Only)
Please note exchanges are dependent on current stock availability. In the event an item you requested for an exchange is backordered, we will notify you of the possible delay. We will also contact you if the item requested for an exchange has been discontinued and we are not able to fulfill your request.
International exchanges are subject to additional shipping charges.
Clearance Items:
All clearance items are final sale and are not refundable. Please do not attempt to ship clearance items back to us for a refund.
Non Returnable Items:
All sales of opened hosiery, body stockings, teddies, panties, wigs, pasties, men’s/women’s underwear, swimwear, are final, and returns will not be accepted. Items that smell of perfume or smoke or have been exposed to pet hair, will also not be returned.
All Adult Toys In General (body creams, gels, any similar romantic gifts, dildos, dong, vibrators, etc). NO EXCEPTIONS.
Costume Items Return & Exchanges Policy:
Halloween costumes purchased before October 5th must be returned within 15 calendar days of invoice date for a full refund or exchange. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Halloween costumes ordered after October 6th are only eligible for exchanges. In the event the exchange is not available, you will be issued a store credit for the amount of the item.
Halloween costumes ordered after October 15th are final and no returns or exchanges will be accepted. Costumes returned to Sexy Fox Clothing for orders placed between October 15th and October 31st will not be refunded.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will either exchange it or issue a refund depending on the item condition or what you have selected on your return form. Please allow 1-2 weeks processing time. Please note that some credit card company may take additional 2-10 business days to post the credit to your account.
